With a Master’s in Adult Education, a Graduate Certificate in Training and Development and accreditations in LSI/GSI and HBDI, Faikah brings a wealth of insights and practical experience gained from working for organisations such as ING/Mercantile Mutual, Telstra, RAMS Home Loans, Aussie Home Loans, Kimberly Clark, Westpac, Vodafone and Transport for New South Wales.
Faikah has led teams (including remotely-located teams) in Learning and Organisational Development with specific remits in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Change and Diversity and Inclusion. She has coached and developed leaders at all levels from Frontline management level to Executive level. Highly competent in instructional design, her core strengths are facilitation and coaching and Faikah is known for the energy she brings to her work, engaging with her participants by appealing to both head and heart while staying focussed on business outcomes.

With a BSc majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics, Bob has 14 years business experience in small, medium and large enterprise in various sales, management and director positions. Since 2000, Bob has been a professional facilitator, consultant and business improvement coach. He has run leadership and people development programs in Australia and Asia. Accredited in DiSC and High Performance Coaching and with extensive practical experience in Sales and Leadership in medium and large business, Bob brings a wealth of practical experience and a high level of energy to his assignments. Bob has worked with Optus, Salmat, Stockland, GE, Spotless, Aussie Home Loans, Westpac, Vodafone and many more. Cheryl Brown has over 25 years’ experience as an HR professional, learning and development manager, facilitator and executive coach in the Asia Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore), the UK and South Africa She has worked with all levels of diverse leadership in a wide range of organisations in the private and public sector, specialising in assisting leaders, teams and organisations to realise their potential, work better, optimise team performance and effect sustainable change.
Cheryl holds a Masters in Organisational Coaching from Sydney University, informing her coaching with the theory and techniques of effective change while her practice is grounded in the realities of the business environment. Her accreditation in a range of assessment systems (ILI, Intuitiv, Hogan Development Series, MBTI, LSI, TMS) enables Cheryl to provide remarkably insightful feedback to leaders that supports a substantial shift in their self-awareness and self-management - foundation stones for leading inclusively.
Cheryl has experience in coaching executives at all levels of organisations from CEOs and senior leadership teams, through senior managers, middle management and high potential candidates.
Her coaching approach is outcomes-focused and aimed at producing tangible, sustainable results for both the individual and the organisation.
