Our team includes Faikah Behardien (Director), Bob Coulthurst and Cheryl Brown.

 

Drawing on her experience working in the Finance, Telecommunications, FMCG and Public Sectors, Faikah set up Holistic Learning in 2012 and brings a wealth of knowledge, skills and interesting stories to her facilitation, coaching and instructional design. Her specialisations are leadership development and change.
 

Bob’s business acumen and people skills lends to his ability to engage a wide diversity of participants.  Whilst his specialist capability is in Leadership, Sales, Negotiation and Business Performance Improvement, he can apply his skills to a broad range of topics.  He is engaging in front of a group and excels in coaching.

Cheryl brings practical and contemporary insights to her consultation and facilitation to support learning and growth. She has extensive experience in both private and public sectors and is a qualified Executive Coach
